Byford & Sons are flower wholesalers and importers of fresh flowers from around the world. With over 50 years experience in the flower industry, they offer a comprehensive range of fresh flowers and floral sundries.

With over 12,000 items in stock, the retail store primarily served trade customers and local florists. However, with the decision to expand online, embracing digital became essential. Having relied on its physical storefront as its calling card, the business had never needed a strong brand or logo. Now, reaching a national audience—many of whom would be unfamiliar with the name—required fresh branding and a professionally designed website. The new site not only needed to attract and engage customers but also seamlessly integrate with the in-store EPOS system for a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
